Catering
Of course, given my background I still love to cater special functions. In particular, I like bringing the Australian cuisine to the States with an Asian influence. In addition to planning the menu and preparing the food, I can design and set up the party to make the evening more special. Waiter and table service is also a critical component to the overall catering services I offer.
