The apartment bel;ow unfortunately does not have before shots. But, this light-filled 750 square foot apartment came uip sensationally with very subtle Feng Shui elements. Everything worked in its favor, from up-lighting under the spiral staircase to send the Chi up to the next level, to the shape of the coffee table as well as the pattern on the rug. I worked with my client to source furniture, home accessories, paint colors, flowers, lighting as well as painting several paintings to enhance the Feng Shui energy of the apartment.
It was not surprising that this apartment was in contract four days after it went onto the market (No joke!). However, through an interesting turn of events, my client decided not to sell his place (despite many very offers) and ended up buying a second place (that I helped design) which he then rented out, while staying in this apartment. He has loved living in his newly designed space, telling me that it is now so much more comfortable and homey.
